These terms apply to use of workgraph, local-first software for capturing and organizing personal work context. By using workgraph, you are responsible for how you configure it, what accounts you connect, and what local data you choose to store.
Local software
workgraph is designed to run locally. Captured events, memory files, connector credentials, and settings are stored on the user's device unless the user explicitly exports, shares, syncs, or configures another tool to read them.
Optional AI providers
LLM features are optional and depend on the model endpoints or provider accounts the user or their organization configures. Users are responsible for following applicable workplace, provider, and data-use policies before enabling hosted AI providers or connecting work accounts.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize workgraph to access that service according to the scopes shown during the provider's consent flow. You are responsible for complying with your employer's, workspace's, or provider's policies before connecting work or organization accounts.
When connecting Notion, you choose which pages or workspace resources to authorize through Notion's OAuth flow. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect those resources to local workgraph storage and for following Notion's applicable terms and workspace policies.
User responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your device, local workgraph data, connector credentials, and any exported files. You should disconnect services or revoke provider access if you no longer want workgraph to access a connected account.

workgraph may organize work activity and context, but it does not provide legal, financial, security, employment, or professional advice.
No warranty
workgraph is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. The software may be incomplete, contain errors, or behave differently across environments. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the workgraph maintainers are not liable for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, security incidents, or other damages arising from use of the software.
Privacy
Use of workgraph is also governed by the workgraph Privacy Policy.
